Saint Louis Art Fair
Insurance Requirements
All artists are required to have insurance and list Cultural Festivals dba Saint Louis Art Fair as an additional insured with a minimum of $1,000,000 in General Liability.

An additional insured is a person or organization that is added to your insurance policy by endorsement and this is a common request. When you add someone to your policy as an additional insured, you are extending your policy coverage to protect the additional insured from a lawsuit that was caused by your negligence. In other words, if someone slipped in your booth and broke their arm, the injured person could sue you and the venue. Since the venue is added as an additional insured, your insurance policy would protect both you and the venue in the suit.

If you do not have general liability insurance, ACT Insurance provides an affordable way to obtain the coverage you need.

At this time, due to changes made by their insurance carrier, ACT Insurance is temporarily unable to issue new policies in the state of Missouri. If you currently carry an annual policy with ACT, they will issue a COI (certificate of insurance) for this show.

If you are in need of single-show coverage, we have set up a portal with F.L. Dean Insurance who will provide single-show coverage: https://securevendorinsurance.com/DeanAG/ApplicantInformation?GroupEventKey=2abfbeaeada4

*We do not have any affiliation with ACT Insurance or F.L. Dean Insurance, nor do we endorse them. This is simply offered as a convenience to you. You may provide a certificate of insurance from your preferred insurance agency.
